Leasing Agent
Location: Hatfield, PA
Compensation: $15–$17/hour base pay plus commission on leases signed
Job Purpose: Lead leasing within the portfolio to prospective residents. This may include marketing, leasing activities, screening prospects, and acting as a representative for the Property Managers.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team in Hatfield, PA. This role involves engaging with prospective residents, managing leasing activities, and maintaining excellent resident relations. Travel is required to conduct showings and inspections. Key Responsibilities
- Lead leasing efforts by communicating with leads via email, phone, and text, and recording all communication in Entrata from lead to lease.
- Generate and handle traffic, lease apartments, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in procedures.
- Schedule and conduct apartment showings.
- Travel to properties as needed for tours and inspections.
- Respond promptly and effectively to rental inquiries.
- Verify applicant qualifications and ensure all paperwork is uploaded into Entrata.
- Complete move-in inspections and report issues to the Property Manager.
- Act as the main point of contact for prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.
- Participate in outside marketing events, such as housing fairs and trade shows.
- Generate and sign lease agreements while managing payment processes.
- Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, and representatives from other companies.
- Review apartment availability daily and manage community vacancy and waitlists.
- Facilitate new tenant move-ins, including keys and parking passes.
- Support customer service efforts and ensure a smooth move-in process.
- Market and update available apartments through Facebook Marketplace.
- Complete other tasks as assigned to support the team.
- Weekend work will be required to meet prospects within their schedule.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-service mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in leasing, sales, or property management preferred.
- Familiarity with property management or CRM software (Entrata experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
